Nominate A Veteran

Who Should We Serve Next?

Behind every nomination is a story. A veteran who served with strength and sacrifice. A family who may now be facing challenges within the very place meant to feel safest… their home.

This is your opportunity to tell us about someone who deserves to be seen, supported, and cared for. Whether it is a veteran living in a home that needs repair, a family navigating hardship, or someone who has quietly given so much and rarely asks for help, we want to hear their story. Share their name, their circumstances, and why you believe they should be considered. Your nomination may be the very thing that allows us, and this community, to step in and serve them next.

How the Nomination Process Works

Share Their Story

Complete the nomination form below and tell us about the veteran or family you are recommending. Include as much detail as you can about their situation, their home, and why you believe they should be considered.

Review & Consideration

Each nomination is thoughtfully reviewed by our team. We take time to learn about every story submitted and carefully consider need, impact, and available resources.

Community In Action

Selected families will be contacted as projects are planned and resources become available. From there, our community of volunteers, donors, and partners comes together to serve in a meaningful way.

Please make sure to attach photos and additional information that should be factored into the consideration for the award. Homeownership, low income, and type of discharge are some of the criteria for receiving an award. We have many applicants with home improvement needs, and limited resources. We will consider all qualified applicants and make awards in June of each year. Due to the high demand and large number of applicants, we caution that award of services is very selective. We will keep nominations for up to 3 years so nominators do not need to reapply every year, unless circumstances have changed significantly. All personal information will be held in close confidence by the charity. We do not provide personal information to any other organizations without permission.

Thanks for submitting!
