Vettes 4 Vets (V4V)

Welcome to the Vettes 4 Vets website. By accessing this website or participating in any V4V event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Participation
Participation in any V4V event, including car shows, fundraisers, vendor booths, sponsorships, or related activities, is voluntary. Attendees, vehicle owners, vendors, and sponsors assume full responsibility for their participation.
V4V is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after any event.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
2. Vehicle Display & Vendor Responsibility
All vehicle owners are responsible for:

The security and condition of their vehicles

Proper insurance coverage

Compliance with local vehicle regulations
Vendors are responsible for:

Their own setup, breakdown, and equipment

Required permits (if applicable)

Maintaining a safe and professional booth space
V4V reserves the right to remove any participant or vendor who does not align with the mission, safety standards, or conduct expectations of the event.
3. Donations & Payments
All donations, sponsorships, and registration payments are considered voluntary contributions toward the mission of Vettes 4 Vets.
Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable.
V4V reserves the right to allocate funds in alignment with its mission to support veterans and related initiatives.
4. Media & Photography
By attending or participating in a V4V event, you grant permission for V4V to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event organizers in advance.
5. Website Use
All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, and event materials, is the property of Vettes 4 Vets and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Use of this website for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
